Certificates, payments and accounts

Your course certificate can be downloaded from your user account.
All paid courses on Satoms include the certificate that you can download from your user account. Free courses have the option to download and save your course certificate when you have completed the course or assessment for a nominal fee. The price of the training certificate depends on the course.
We accept secure payments by PayPal and Stripe. Both payment methods are secure, have guest checkout and no data is retained by Satoms.
Satoms is an independent training provider, not affiliated with any equipment manufacturer, software company, or official body, and is not endorsed or recognized by third parties. We offer Satoms certification where applicable. For example, software companies offer training courses for their products that are not the same as Satoms Training Certificates. Obtaining a Course Certificate from Satoms does not equate to certification in the respective software. It simply indicates that the student has completed the course or assessment provided by Satoms Training.

The name on your certificate can be changed in your user account.

Courses, access and refunds

Every Satoms training course is unique to Satoms. We do not create training courses for any other provider and every course is managed by Satoms.

Each course contains text, video, images, and infographics. We also aim to provide free students notes, blank templates, and worked examples to download during the course.
You have a 60-day money-back guarantee with all our courses. So, if you are unhappy with your course content for any reason, email support requesting a refund. This has to be done before you complete the training course, and within the first 60 days of registration.

Yes, we are a registered online training business in Australia. Our Australian Business Number (ABN) is 96 491 064 641.
Our main headquarters are located in Perth, Western Australia, but we also have trainers stationed in both the UK and the USA.
While our primary focus is on online training, we are always willing to consider requests for in-person training at your location or place of business. For more information on this service, please reach out to us via the contact information provided.
Satoms was established as a training course provider in 2007.
The office is open Monday to Friday from 0830 to 1700hrs (UTC +8). Closed on public holidays.
