This is a little USB detector that I recently purchased from eBay for less than $10 which included free postage from China. The USB power meter reads Voltage(V) with a stated accuracy of 1%, Current(I) with an accuracy of 0.4%, Power(W) down to 3 decimal places and the  Capacity(C).
Specification
- Voltage range: 3-10V (accuracy: 1% )
- Current range: 0-3.3A (accuracy: 0.4% )
- Display Panel: OLED (Display colour: white)
- Size: 60mm * 18mm
- Display data: Voltage, Current, Power, Capacity
The Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED) display is clear and easy to read at any angle. The display can be flipped 180° with a press of the button on the side which is a good feature. The button is quite small and hard to see but its near the USB output near the ‘Tester’ thats printed on the circuit board. It seems to shit itself if you press the display button for too long and the display goes blank. A quick power cycle and it springs back to life!
On boot up the USB power meter displays CDLGZN-OLED-DISPLAY WELCOM… They have spelled Welcome incorrectly even though they had the room to fit it in and the model number doesn’t give any useful on a Google search. It seems to give accurate readings and the form factor is small enough to not get in the way. It’s constructed with two PCB’s stacked on top of each other and the only thing with my USB power meter is that it is a bit sloppy on the USB port but nothing major.
I’m not too sure how the Charge(C) works and what the meaning of MAN (MANUAL?) on the OLED display means? If you know then please post it in the comments below!
This USB Voltage tester is very good value for money with an excellent OLED display which is a lot better than other models like the Charge Doctor which has a 7 segment display and is considerably more bulky.

Mine actually reads “dispay” yours probably does too. Welcom… is also spelled wrong on mine. The man as you described is most likely maH or milli amp hour as I bought this for that purpose. I have done a fairly in-depth calibration of this and can post if you like
I didn’t notice the other typo but yes its there!
I think for the money it’s quite good and it would be interesting to read what you think!
Google did not provide substantial info/links to products with this model number except for your tech blog. Could you provide the link or place where you ordered this from? TIA
They are readily avaible on eBay.com and normally cost under $10 with free postage from China. Just search for ‘Mini OLED USB Charger Capacity power Current Voltage Detector Tester Meter’.
