Certification

Satoms are third-party certification company which involves an independent assessment declaring that specified requirements pertaining to a product, person, process, or management system have been met. The course exams tests the students knowledge of a subject and the certification.
Satoms are totally independent from any equipment supplier, manufacturer or service provider. We do not receive any payment from the equipment providers or manufacturers.
All of the technical course on Satoms are created by industry professional with at least 10 years of experience in the respective field. All courses are quality checked, reviewed and updated as needed.

Courses

You can take the final exam for the certification a max of 3 times. If you haven't passed after the 3rd attempt then you will need to re-take the course. Please email support@satoms.com and we can arrange a discount code.
We currently use PayPal for all course payments and all prices are in USD $.

Purchases & Refunds

We use PayPal for all of our payments which can securely accept all major credit cards and direct money transfer. If you have any issues please email support@satoms.com explaining your issues.
If you are not satisfied this your purchase then just email support@satoms.com with your issues and concerns. Satoms will refund any money by PayPal after the transfer fee has been deducted from the balance.
From time to time Satoms will reduce the price of a course to attract more students. To find out about these early bird offers then just sign up for a user account and you will be notified any any upcoming discounts and offers.

Courses Help

You can change how your name is displayed in your user profile. 1. Add first and last name 2. Select correct name in change display name publicly 3. Save changes
If you email unsubscribe@satoms.com with your details (email address and username) then you will be remove from the mailing list within 24hours.
Your password can be changed from your user account or by emailing support@satoms.com with your details.
Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to support@satoms.com
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.
